~ Buurt
Hacienda Playa is een afgesloten ontwikkeling met videobewaking op slechts vijf minuten lopen van het strand (270m). In de buurt vindt u een oase van subtropische bomen, palmbomen en kleurrijke mediterrane bloemen. Als u liever binnen de urbanisatie blijft, heeft u een groot zwembad omringd door ligstoelen. De urbanisatie heeft moderne architectuur met een lokaal tintje en wordt ondersteund door verfrissende dennenbossen. De buurt heeft 24-uurs conciërge en videobewaking en alle ingangen hebben een beveiligingscode met intercom. Tijdens de zomernachten zijn er bewakers die over uw volledige veiligheid waken.

~ Strand
Playa de la Vibora ligt op 270m van het appartement. Het is een klein en schoon strand, vooral bezocht door gezinnen. Het is bedekt met fijn zand, het water is goed en in de zomer wordt het hele strand dagelijks handmatig en machinaal schoongemaakt. Direct aan het strand, voor de buurt, vindt u het restaurant Merendero Cristina, waar u ligbedden en parasols kunt huren. In de omgeving vindt u de beroemde Nikki Beach Club, waar ze dj's van wereldklasse en livemuzikanten hebben, de beste feesten en entertainment van topklasse.

~ Winkelen/Restaurants
De dichtstbijzijnde winkel ligt op 600 m van het appartement en hier heeft u ook Elviria Restaurant en een geldautomaat. Op 800 meter (15 minuten lopen) vindt u het winkelgebied Elviria, het grootste winkelcentrum van Marbella East Side. Hier vindt u twee supermarkten (SuperSol en OpenCor), kruidenierswinkels, een apotheek, kappers, bars en restaurants. Een van de grootste winkelcentra in Costa del Sol, La Canada, ligt op 13 minuten (12 km) rijden van Hacienda Playa. Hier vindt u alles wat u nodig hebt, van eten tot kleding of elektro-huishoudelijke winkels. Op slechts 3 km (5 minuten rijden) vindt u twee lokale supermarkten, Mercadona en Lidl, die u levensmiddelen, verse vis, groenten en versgebakken brood bieden. Het stadscentrum van Marbella ligt op slechts 15 minuten rijden en de oude stad zit vol met gezellige winkels en cafetaria's waar u zich zeker zult vermaken. Wat betreft restaurants, direct voor Hacienda Playa vindt u Carlos y Paula Restaurante Chiringuito, Chiringuito Los Tony's waar ze zowel traditionele als internationale gerechten serveren.

~ Activiteiten
Er zijn veel dingen te doen en u hoeft niet ver van Hacienda Playa te gaan. Binnen 7 minuten rijden (4 km) bereikt u de verborgen parel van Costa del Sol, Puerto Cabopino. Het is een kleine maar betoverende haven met een mooie haven, met zijn kleine scheepswerf, aantrekkelijke architectuur en een grote keuze aan restaurants. Golfliefhebbers hebben Santa Maria Golf Club, een van de best verzorgde golfbanen aan de Costa del Sol, op slechts 1,4 km. Natuurlijk zijn het stadscentrum van Marbella en de oude stad een must see en u bereikt het centrum van Marbella in slechts 15 minuten (16 km). Watersportliefhebbers kunnen skijets huren op het strand en kunnen de unieke ervaring beleven van het zien van de top tien stranden in Marbella. Puerto Banus is de belangrijkste attractie aan de Costa del Sol, bekend als de pool van luxe en feesten. In 20 minuten rijden bereikt u een van de beroemdste havens aan de Costa del Sol. Het heeft ligplaatsen voor 915 boten, waaronder die van de koning van Saoedi-Arabië en verschillende van 's werelds rijkste mensen. De straten zijn omzoomd met dure luxe boetieks zoals Christian Dior, Gucci, Bvlgari, Versace, Dolce Gabbana en anderen. Als u op zoek bent naar interessante avonturen voor uw kinderen, raden we Aventura Amazonia aan, een avonturenpark op slechts 800 m (11 min lopen) van het appartement.

GENERAL CONDITIONS
1. ACCEPTANCE.- Making any payment for a reservation implies acceptance of these general conditions.
2. USER.- The guest making the reservation must be of legal age and is responsible for the authenticity of the information provided. Guest agrees to abide by the Rental Rules explained and provided while at the property and shall cause all members of the rental party and anyone else Guest will abide by the following rules at all times while at the property.
3. PREPAYMENT.- Payment of a booking fee by card, paypal or bank transfer is required to guarantee the reservation. Keep in mind that any transfer fees are to be supported by guests. The reservation is subject to acceptance of payment by the banking entity.
4. RESERVATION.- The reservation is complete when the user receives the reservation confirmation and all payments are accepted. Payments have to be completed 2 months before arrival.
5. INFORMATION.- All information provided by the user is saved on a secure server, and we guarantee that this information shall be accessed exclusively by reservation staff, and only for purposes of the reservation and to communicate with the client in regards to future promotions and deals. We will also use the information provided by the guest for tax and guests declarations as required by spanish law.
6. OCCUPANTS.- The client may only lodge the maximum number of people as defined in the property characteristics and as per the hired rate.
7. CLEANING.- The property shall be made available to the client duly clean. The client commits to leave the apartment reasonably clean, without rubbish.
8. EQUIPMENT.- The client commits to leave the property in the same circumstances as they found it upon entering in terms of furniture and equipment preservation.
9. MODIFICATIONS.- We reserve the right to change the hired property for one with similar or better characteristics in the event of force majeure, such as occupation or defects suddenly occurring after the date of the reservation. These changes shall be at no cost to the client.
10. GUARANTEE.- The client will pay a refundable damage deposit as a guarantee few days before check-in, for the amount specified in the reservation. This deposit shall be fully returned upon 5 days check-out, deductions can be made for:
a) damage to the property or furnishings
b) dirt or other mess requiring excessive cleaning
c) any other cost incurred by Property manager due to Guest’s stay.
If the premises appear dirty or damaged upon Check-in, Guest shall inform Property manager immediately in order to remediate.
11. CANCELLATION.- For cancellations more than 60 days beforehand, 100% of the money paid shall be returned. For cancellations 60 days or less beforehand, no amount shall be returned.
12. COVID19 CANCELLATION. - We have our default 60 days full refund policy before check-in in case of cancellation, we will offer 70% refund if less then 60days before check-in in the event of covid19 restrictions ( no fly or quarantine during your booking dates ).
