Guadalmina is een prachtige urbanisatie aan het strand, gelegen op slechts 13 km (15 min rijden) van het stadscentrum van Marbella, 7 km (10 min rijden) van het beroemde Puerto Banus, 15 km (13 min rijden) van het prachtige Estepona en 65 km (45 min rijden) van de internationale luchthaven van Malaga. Het gebied Guadalmina grenst in het westen aan de wijk Paraiso Atalaya, in het oosten aan de wijk Nueva Alcantara en San Pedro de Alcantara en het noordelijke deel wordt begrensd door het prachtige dorp Benahavis.

~ Strand

Het strand heet Playa Guadalmina, is 25 meter breed en bevat een mix van zowel goudkleurig zand als grind. De unieke omgeving omvat de Romeinse ruïnes uit de derde eeuw na Christus, bekend als Las Bóvedas, die zich bevinden in een beschermde archeologische site. Dit strand heeft sinds 1992 de Blauwe Vlag-award dankzij de uitstekende water- en strandkwaliteit.

~ Winkelen/Restaurants

Op 3 kilometer van het duplex bereikt u een winkelgebied met een scala aan winkels, waaronder kunst, kleding, sieraden, parfum, boeken, elektrische apparaten en sportartikelen, banken, talloze restaurants en cafés. Bij Mercadona, SuperSol of Supermercados e Hipermercado Cayetano y Euromarket vindt u lokale en internationale voedingsproducten. Direct aan het strand vindt u het viersterrenhotel Guadalmina Spa&Golf Resort, het meest gerenommeerde hotel in de omgeving op slechts 1 kilometer van het duplex. Vanaf hier heeft u gemakkelijk toegang tot vier eersteklas restaurants - waaronder Cocoa, Taray, Acqua en de Beach Club - een luxe eigen spa met thermaal circuit, verschillende behandelkamers en ook een wellnesscentrum. Als u uw vakantie wilt doorbrengen met luieren op een ligbed op het strand, kunt u direct bij het hotel ligbedden en parasols huren. Het strand van Guadalmina is een populaire locatie om te ontspannen en te genieten van watersporten zoals jetskiën en duiken.

~ Activiteiten

Als u van golf houdt, is dit absoluut de plek om te zijn. Real Club de Golf Guadalmina (1,2 km) biedt twee 18-holes golfbanen en een par 3 negen-holes golfbaan, een overdekte driving range voor 40 spelers en een chipping- en putting green. De wijk Guadalmina ligt dicht bij andere kwaliteitsbanen: Atalaya Golf (2,2 km) en El Paraiso (3,5 km). Wie graag tennist, zal aangenaam verrast zijn door de vele tennisbanen in de buurt. Geschiedenisliefhebbers zullen genieten van "Las Bóvedas" (op loopafstand van het duplex) dat in 1926 werd opgericht, daterend uit de 3e eeuw en waarvan wordt aangenomen dat het deel uitmaakte van Romeinse thermale baden. Het heeft een vreemde achthoekige constructie die goed bewaard is gebleven vanwege de nabijheid van de zee. Een ander historisch monument om te zien in Guadalmina is de 16e-eeuwse parochiekerk. De "oude stad" van Guadalmina heeft historische straten en wordt omringd door de stadsmuren van het oude Moorse kasteel. Toeristen kunnen ook genieten van de jaarlijkse zomerkermis die in oktober plaatsvindt. In het Guadalmina gebied vindt u ook een scala aan outlets waaronder kunst, kleding, sieraden, parfum, boeken, elektrische goederen en sportartikelen, banken, talloze restaurants en cafés. Bij Mercadona, SuperSol of Supermercados e Hipermercado Cayetano y Euromarket vindt u lokale en internationale voedingsproducten.

GENERAL CONDITIONS
1. ACCEPTANCE.- Making any payment for a reservation implies acceptance of these general conditions.
2. USER.- The guest making the reservation must be of legal age and is responsible for the authenticity of the information provided. Guest agrees to abide by the Rental Rules explained and provided while at the property and shall cause all members of the rental party and anyone else Guest will abide by the following rules at all times while at the property.
3. PREPAYMENT.- Payment of a booking fee by card, paypal or bank transfer is required to guarantee the reservation. Keep in mind that any transfer fees are to be supported by guests. The reservation is subject to acceptance of payment by the banking entity.
4. RESERVATION.- The reservation is complete when the user receives the reservation confirmation and all payments are accepted. Payments have to be completed 2 months before arrival.
5. INFORMATION.- All information provided by the user is saved on a secure server, and we guarantee that this information shall be accessed exclusively by reservation staff, and only for purposes of the reservation and to communicate with the client in regards to future promotions and deals. We will also use the information provided by the guest for tax and guests declarations as required by spanish law.
6. OCCUPANTS.- The client may only lodge the maximum number of people as defined in the property characteristics and as per the hired rate.
7. CLEANING.- The property shall be made available to the client duly clean. The client commits to leave the apartment reasonably clean, without rubbish.
8. EQUIPMENT.- The client commits to leave the property in the same circumstances as they found it upon entering in terms of furniture and equipment preservation.
9. MODIFICATIONS.- We reserve the right to change the hired property for one with similar or better characteristics in the event of force majeure, such as occupation or defects suddenly occurring after the date of the reservation. These changes shall be at no cost to the client.
10. GUARANTEE.- The client will pay a refundable damage deposit as a guarantee few days before check-in, for the amount specified in the reservation. This deposit shall be fully returned upon 5 days check-out, deductions can be made for:
a) damage to the property or furnishings
b) dirt or other mess requiring excessive cleaning
c) any other cost incurred by Property manager due to Guest’s stay.
If the premises appear dirty or damaged upon Check-in, Guest shall inform Property manager immediately in order to remediate.
11. CANCELLATION.- For cancellations more than 60 days beforehand, 100% of the money paid shall be returned. For cancellations 60 days or less beforehand, no amount shall be returned.
12. COVID19 CANCELLATION. - We have our default 60 days full refund policy before check-in in case of cancellation, we will offer 70% refund if less then 60days before check-in in the event of covid19 restrictions ( no fly or quarantine during your booking dates ).
