Summary
Welcome to our spacious and bright apartment located in the core of the “Eixample” area, a beautiful and lively neighborhood in the center of Barcelona. Look out from your balcony to see the beautiful street below and enjoy the views. How about a Gin-Tonic in the recommended by NY Times "Morro Fi" bar, which is just around the corner. Tapas Bars, a supermarket, public transportation and even parking is all within walking distance from this great apartment.

Space
The renewed apartment is perfect for 5 persons. You will find yourself in a cozy apartment that has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The apartment is fully equipped with a flatscreen TV, WiFi connection and a complete kitchen. Additionally, there is an AC unit in the living of this apartment, perfect for hot Barcelona summers. The building has an elevator for easy access when you arrive.

Entering this apartment, you will find three individual bedrooms. The master bedroom has 2 individual beds. There is a storage closet as well. The other two bedrooms in the apartment have single beds, perfect for large families. Bedroom 2 has a trundle/pull-out bed resulting in two individual beds. The bed linen of the second pull-out bed can be found in the closet. Bedroom 3 has one individual bed.

There is plenty of space in this apartment for everyone to be comfortable. The two sleek bathrooms, found in the middle of the apartment, also make this apartment ideal for stays with groups. Each bathroom has a bathtub or shower. All decorations are simple and sleek as to showcase the original tiled floors.

In the minimalist living room, you can find a comfortable sofa. Any bed sheets and linens you will need are provided in the apartment. The balcony connected via the master bedroom, allows for amazing views of the city. Facing sunny main street, it is a great place for a cup of coffee in the morning. The balcony is also equipped with 2 chairs that can be used to enjoy the urban views and to observe the street while having a glass of great Spanish wine.

In total the apartment can accommodate 5 persons.

All in all, it is a very practical and comfortable apartment, whether you are travelling for business, with a group of friends, or family. For travellers, public transportations is easily reachable. Metro stop at Urgell street, metro goes on the line. You can also catch a bus: Nightbus N12, Day bus H10, 20, 37.

All in all it is very practical independently whether you are traveling for business, with a group of friends or family. You'll be comfortable.

Hey there! Some important info for your upcoming stay:

All guests are REQUIRED to fill out a pre-arrival form and SIGN a rental contract before their stay. These steps are MANDATORY to ensure a smooth check-in process and to comply with local regulations.

-The building is located in a quiet area within the busy city center of Barcelona. There is a paid parking next door where I can make arrangements for you to park, should you come by car. Count between 20-25 euro/day.

- Keeping things smooth:
For your comfort we will answer you in your preferred booking platform's chat on workdays (mon-fri 9:30 am to 6:30 pm). Outside those hours our call center is at your service for phone calls for urgent matters. All other matters will be handled as soon as it is possible or picked up the next working day by our team.

- Heads up, we don't have a reception, but we're here to make things awesome for you!

# Important note: all legal and licensed apartments in Barcelona are obliged to pay a tourist tax, which is excluded of the prices. Read more below in "other things to note".

Remember that for monthly rental it is essential that we have a proof of the duration of stay, either for studies or medical treatment. Without proof of the duration of stay we can not make a contract and we can not rent the apartment.

- Check-in: Anytime after 3:00 PM. If it's past 6:30 PM on weekdays or it is the weekend/holiday, don’t worry! We have a key drop-off service.
Late check-in fee (excluded from the price) 30€ after 21:00 / 50€ after 00:00.

- Check-out: Always wrap things up by 11:00 AM.

- Before you make moves to the apartment, give us a call about 30-45 minutes before. No app calls or texts please, just hit us up with a regular call.

- Need help with bags? Check out "Luggit Service" - They can pick up your belongings and deliver them at 15:00 at the apartment, so you can explore the city in the meantime ;)

- Remember to send over IDs of all guests before arriving. It's a local rule we have to follow.

- Make sure outstanding amounts are squared away before you check in.

- Don't forget about the tourist tax – Barcelona's tourist tax fee is 6,88 EUR. per person per night, not included in your initial booking payment

- When confirming the booking, it is required to sign the rental agreement contract.

- Baby on board? No problem! We've got free baby cots, but give us a shout when you book. For the safety of your baby, there are no sheets, pillows or additional mattress in the cots, only the regulated mattress that comes with all travel cots.

The kitchen is equipped with various appliances for your convenience. Follow the guidelines to use them properly.

- Microwave and Oven: Microwave on the countertop, oven under the extractor hood.
- Extractor Hood: Located above the stove, buttons underneath for operation.
- Nespresso Machine: Located in the kitchen, with cups provided.
- Stove: Electric, with adjustable settings.
- Washing Machine: Located in the bathroom; drying rack in the kitchen cabinet or under the bed.
- Cleaning Supplies: Use only provided cleaning products.

For luggage services, use Luggit or LuggageHero to pick up and deliver your belongings. Garbage should be disposed of in the large trash containers on the right side of the building.

Heating and cooling are controlled via the central A/C unit. Ensure to follow the guidelines for energy efficiency. The TV and Wi-Fi are available for entertainment; troubleshoot common issues as outlined.

Central A/C: Set to 24°C (72.5°F) for sustainability. Turn off when not in use.
TV: Use the remote on the salon table. Check the manual if issues arise.
Wi-Fi: Ensure the router is plugged in. If issues persist, reset the router by unplugging and reconnecting it after a few minutes.
