Deze gloednieuwe urbanisatie tegen de prachtige achtergrond van de Sierra Blanca-bergen biedt de perfecte locatie voor zowel golf- als tennisliefhebbers, maar ook voor degenen die willen ontspannen op de zonnige stranden van de Costa del Sol. De urbanisatie Belaire biedt u een kinderbad en een zwembad met ondiep gedeelte en Romeinse trappen (diepte van 1,10 m-2,60 m) in een verzorgde tuin.

~ Strand
Het strand Playa El Saladillo ligt op slechts 500 m van het appartement. Het strand is breed en schoon, bestaande uit een mix van zand en kiezels. De ingang naar de zee is glad, zonder rotsen. Zelfs tijdens het drukke zomerseizoen is dit strand niet erg druk. Zodra u het strand oploopt, heeft u de strandbar Vila Padierna en andere chiringuitos waar u kunt genieten van typische Spaanse tapas of waar u ligstoelen en parasols kunt huren.

~ Winkelen/Restaurants
U hebt verschillende goede restaurants in de omgeving van Bel Air, op slechts 500m, zoals Pepe's Beach dat dateert uit 1978, alleen geopend tijdens het seizoen, waar u goed lokaal eten en een heerlijke sfeer kunt vinden. Als u van exotische gerechten houdt, kunt u naar Jaipur Purple Indian Restaurant Estepona gaan op slechts 450 meter van het appartement of Restaurante Pancho de Villa, een Mexicaans restaurant op 600 meter van het appartement. Mercadona, SuperSol en Lidl zijn zeer goede supermarkten op loopafstand van het appartement (100 m). Hier verkopen ze verse vis, vers gebakken brood, vlees, groenten, enz. Supermarkten zijn gesloten op zondag, maar dan vindt u basisvoorzieningen in het tankstation, op 600 m van het appartement. Als u boodschappen, vers vlees, wijn, groenten, fruit of seizoensproducten moet kopen, vindt u de Aldi-supermarkt op 2,5 km van het appartement. Het dichtstbijzijnde winkelgebied ligt op 5 km van het appartement, Diana Center. Hier vindt u kleine lokale winkels, een bakkerij, slagerij, groentewinkel, apotheek, restaurants en bars. Elke zaterdagochtend vindt er een kleine markt plaats met kleding, accessoires, bloemen en een groente- en fruitkraam. Op 10 km afstand vindt u El Corte Ingles in Puerto Banus, een van de grootste warenhuizen in de omgeving en op 18 km rijden van Costalita vindt u een van de grootste winkelcentra in Costa del Sol, La Canada. Hier vindt u alles wat u nodig hebt, van eten tot kleding of elektro-huishoudelijke winkels.

~ Activiteiten
Er zijn veel dingen te doen en u hoeft niet ver van de urbanisatie Bel Air te gaan. Als u een tennisser bent, zult u blij zijn te weten dat op slechts 500 meter van het appartement Club de Tenis Bel-Air ligt, beroemd om het coachen van kinderen, junioren of volwassenen. Het biedt tennis- en padelvakanties voor spelers van alle niveaus en leeftijden. Villa Padierna Country Racquet Club ligt op 1 km van het appartement. Hier hebben ze 8 paddle tennisbanen, 2 tennisbanen, grill restaurant en speelruimte voor kinderen. Als u van golf houdt, heeft u op 1,4 km 3 gerenommeerde golfbanen, El Paraiso, Atalaya Golf Country Club en Guadalmina Club de Golf. Het stadscentrum van Marbella en de oude stad zijn een must see en u bereikt het centrum van Marbella in slechts 18 minuten rijden. Op 3,5 kilometer van het appartement vindt u Selwo Aventura Park dat u unieke ervaringen biedt, safari in Afrikaanse landschappen, tentoonstellingen met deskundige monitoren die u leren over charismatische en exotische soorten vogels, zoogdieren en reptielen. Puerto Banus is de belangrijkste attractie aan de Costa del Sol, bekend als de pool van luxe en feesten. In 10 minuten rijden bereikt u een van de beroemdste havens aan de Costa del Sol. Het heeft ligplaatsen voor 915 boten, waaronder die van de koning van Saoedi-Arabië en verschillende van 's werelds rijkste mensen. In de straten vindt u dure luxe boetieks van onder andere Christian Dior, Gucci, Bvlgari, Versace en Dolce Gabbana.

GENERAL CONDITIONS
1. ACCEPTANCE.- Making any payment for a reservation implies acceptance of these general conditions.
2. USER.- The guest making the reservation must be of legal age and is responsible for the authenticity of the information provided. Guest agrees to abide by the Rental Rules explained and provided while at the property and shall cause all members of the rental party and anyone else Guest will abide by the following rules at all times while at the property.
3. PREPAYMENT.- Payment of a booking fee by card, paypal or bank transfer is required to guarantee the reservation. Keep in mind that any transfer fees are to be supported by guests. The reservation is subject to acceptance of payment by the banking entity.
4. RESERVATION.- The reservation is complete when the user receives the reservation confirmation and all payments are accepted. Payments have to be completed 2 months before arrival.
5. INFORMATION.- All information provided by the user is saved on a secure server, and we guarantee that this information shall be accessed exclusively by reservation staff, and only for purposes of the reservation and to communicate with the client in regards to future promotions and deals. We will also use the information provided by the guest for tax and guests declarations as required by spanish law.
6. OCCUPANTS.- The client may only lodge the maximum number of people as defined in the property characteristics and as per the hired rate.
7. CLEANING.- The property shall be made available to the client duly clean. The client commits to leave the apartment reasonably clean, without rubbish.
8. EQUIPMENT.- The client commits to leave the property in the same circumstances as they found it upon entering in terms of furniture and equipment preservation.
9. MODIFICATIONS.- We reserve the right to change the hired property for one with similar or better characteristics in the event of force majeure, such as occupation or defects suddenly occurring after the date of the reservation. These changes shall be at no cost to the client.
10. GUARANTEE.- The client will pay a refundable damage deposit as a guarantee few days before check-in, for the amount specified in the reservation. This deposit shall be fully returned upon 5 days check-out, deductions can be made for:
a) damage to the property or furnishings
b) dirt or other mess requiring excessive cleaning
c) any other cost incurred by Property manager due to Guest’s stay.
If the premises appear dirty or damaged upon Check-in, Guest shall inform Property manager immediately in order to remediate.
11. CANCELLATION.- For cancellations more than 60 days beforehand, 100% of the money paid shall be returned. For cancellations 60 days or less beforehand, no amount shall be returned.
12. COVID19 CANCELLATION. - We have our default 60 days full refund policy before check-in in case of cancellation, we will offer 70% refund if less then 60days before check-in in the event of covid19 restrictions ( no fly or quarantine during your booking dates ).
