Deze nieuwe urbanisatie op de prachtige achtergrond van de Sierra Blanca-bergen biedt de ideale locatie voor golf- en tennisliefhebbers, Voor degenen die willen ontspannen op de zonnige stranden van de Costa del Sol, ligt het strand van Saladillo op loopafstand van het appartement. De urbanisatie Belaire biedt een kinderzwembad en een zwembad met een ondiepe rand en Romeinse trap (diepte 1.10m-2.60m) in een goed onderhouden tuin.

~ Strand

Het strand van El Saladillo ligt op slechts 500 meter van het appartement. Het strand is groot en schoon en bestaat uit een mengsel van zand en kiezels. De toegang tot de zee is zacht, zonder rotsen. Zelfs tijdens het drukke zomerseizoen is dit strand niet erg druk. Vlak bij het strand heb je de strandbar Vila Padierna en andere chiringuitos waar je kunt genieten van typisch Spaanse tapas of ligstoelen en parasols kunt huren.

~ Winkelen / restaurants

Er zijn verschillende goede restaurants in de wijk Bel Air, op slechts 500 meter afstand, zoals Pep's Beach uit 1978, dat alleen tijdens het seizoen geopend is, waar u goede lokale gerechten en een charmante sfeer kunt vinden. Als u van exotische gerechten houdt, kunt u terecht bij Jaipur Purple Indian Restaurant Estepona, op slechts 450 meter van het appartement of Pancho Restaurant de Villa. Een Mexicaans restaurant ligt op 600 meter van het appartement. Mercadona, SuperSol en Lidl zijn zeer goede supermarkten op loopafstand van het appartement (100 m). Ze verkopen verse vis, vers brood, vlees, groenten etc. Supermarkten zijn op zondag gesloten, maar u vindt basisbenodigdheden bij de resortservice, 600 m van het appartement. Als u voedsel, vers vlees, wijnen, groenten, fruit of seizoensproducten moet kopen, is supermarkt Aldi 2,5 km van het appartement. Het dichtstbijzijnde winkelgebied ligt op 5 km van het appartement, het centrum van Diana. Hier vindt u kleine lokale winkels, bakkerijen, slagers, groenteshops, apotheken, restaurants en bars. Elke zaterdagochtend wordt er een kleine markt georganiseerd met kleding, accessoires, bloemen en een stand van groenten en fruit. Op 10 km is El Corte Ingles in Puerto Banús, een van de grootste warenhuizen in de omgeving en 18 km van Costalita, een van de grootste winkelcentra aan de Costa del Sol, La Canada. Hier vindt u alles wat u nodig heeft, van eten tot kleding en apparaten.

~ Activiteiten

Er zijn veel dingen te doen en je hoeft niet te ver van de Bel Air-urbanisatie te gaan. Als je een tennisser bent, zul je blij zijn te horen dat je op slechts 500 meter van het appartement de beroemde Bel-Air tennisclub hebt voor het trainen van kinderen, Junior of volwassenen. Het biedt tennis- en paddlevakanties voor spelers van alle niveaus en leeftijden. Villa Padierna Country Racquet Club ligt op 1 km van het appartement. Hier heb je 8 paddlebanen, 2 tennisbanen, een grillrestaurant en een speeltuin voor kinderen. Als u van golf houdt, heeft u op 1,4 km 3 beroemde golfbanen, El Paraiso, Atalaya Golf Country Club en Guadalmina Club de Golf. Het stadscentrum en de oude stad van Marbella zijn bezienswaardigheden die u niet mag missen en u kunt het centrum van Marbella in slechts 18 minuten met de auto bereiken. Op 3,5 kilometer van het appartement vind je Selwo Adventure Park dat unieke ervaringen biedt, safari in de Afrikaanse landschappen, en tentoonstellingen met deskundige instructeurs die je zullen leren over charismatische en exotische soorten vogels, zoogdieren en reptielen. Puerto Banus is de belangrijkste attractie van de Costa del Sol, bekend als het centrum van luxe en feesten. In 10 minuten met de auto bereikt u een van de beroemdste havens aan de Costa del Sol. Het heeft ligplaatsen voor 915 boten, waaronder die van de koning van Saoedi-Arabië en enkele van de rijkste ter wereld. De straten zijn gevuld met luxe boetieks zoals Christian Dior, Gucci, Bulgari, Versace, Dolce Gabbana en anderen.

GENERAL CONDITIONS
1. ACCEPTANCE.- Making any payment for a reservation implies acceptance of these general conditions.
2. USER.- The guest making the reservation must be of legal age and is responsible for the authenticity of the information provided. Guest agrees to abide by the Rental Rules explained and provided while at the property and shall cause all members of the rental party and anyone else Guest will abide by the following rules at all times while at the property.
3. PREPAYMENT.- Payment of a booking fee by card, paypal or bank transfer is required to guarantee the reservation. Keep in mind that any transfer fees are to be supported by guests. The reservation is subject to acceptance of payment by the banking entity.
4. RESERVATION.- The reservation is complete when the user receives the reservation confirmation and all payments are accepted. Payments have to be completed 2 months before arrival.
5. INFORMATION.- All information provided by the user is saved on a secure server, and we guarantee that this information shall be accessed exclusively by reservation staff, and only for purposes of the reservation and to communicate with the client in regards to future promotions and deals. We will also use the information provided by the guest for tax and guests declarations as required by spanish law.
6. OCCUPANTS.- The client may only lodge the maximum number of people as defined in the property characteristics and as per the hired rate.
7. CLEANING.- The property shall be made available to the client duly clean. The client commits to leave the apartment reasonably clean, without rubbish.
8. EQUIPMENT.- The client commits to leave the property in the same circumstances as they found it upon entering in terms of furniture and equipment preservation.
9. MODIFICATIONS.- We reserve the right to change the hired property for one with similar or better characteristics in the event of force majeure, such as occupation or defects suddenly occurring after the date of the reservation. These changes shall be at no cost to the client.
10. GUARANTEE.- The client will pay a refundable damage deposit as a guarantee few days before check-in, for the amount specified in the reservation. This deposit shall be fully returned upon 5 days check-out, deductions can be made for:
a) damage to the property or furnishings
b) dirt or other mess requiring excessive cleaning
c) any other cost incurred by Property manager due to Guest’s stay.
If the premises appear dirty or damaged upon Check-in, Guest shall inform Property manager immediately in order to remediate.
11. CANCELLATION.- For cancellations more than 60 days beforehand, 100% of the money paid shall be returned. For cancellations 60 days or less beforehand, no amount shall be returned.
12. COVID19 CANCELLATION. - We have our default 60 days full refund policy before check-in in case of cancellation, we will offer 70% refund if less then 60days before check-in in the event of covid19 restrictions ( no fly or quarantine during your booking dates ).
