Casa Isabelle is een nieuw huis met behoud van de oorspronkelijke architectuur van de regio. De stenen muren en houten ramen en deuren dragen bij aan de charme van dit huis waar we voor elk detail hebben gezorgd.
15 km van de mooiste stranden en baaien van Empordà. 15 minuten van l'Escala. Rustige plek met verschillende golfbanen en Pitch & Putt-baan tussen 10 en 40 km. Sant Martí d'Empúries, L'Escala, Sant Pere Pescador, Roses zijn allemaal op korte afstand (15 km).
Bij Casa Isabelle kun je rustdagen doorbrengen, voorlezen uit een goed boek, zwemmen in het zwembad, wandelen door de talloze hoeken van naburige dorpen, geniet van de Fluvia-rivier die ons omringt, bezoek de dorpen van de kust en vis.

Er is een lokaal restaurant, waar u het menu van de dag, sandwiches of tapas kunt eten. Het dorp Camallera heeft ook verschillende bars, een apotheek, een supermarkt en een bank.
Op korte afstand vindt u allerlei sportactiviteiten zoals wandelen, fietsen, parachutespringen, karten, paardrijden (bij het huis), zeilen, windsurfen, golf, tennis, watersporten, kajakken, boottochten, jetski, duiken, pretpark, spa, wijnmakerijen, kitesurfen en nog veel meer.
Ook heel dicht bij de weg naar Colomers is het mogelijk om 2u30 te kanoën op de rivier de Ter en bereikt u het dorp Verges.
Omdat u zich in de Dalí-driehoek bevindt, kunt u een bezoek brengen aan het Dalí-museum in Figueres, zijn residentie in Port Lligat (Cadaques) en zijn kasteel van Pubol.
De oude en mooie stad Girona is een must-see. De oude stad is een van de meest representatieve historische centra van Catalonië, met enkele elementen die uniek zijn in Europa, een uitzonderlijk goed bewaard gebleven Joodse wijk, de spectaculaire Karolingische muur en de grootsheid van het gotische schip van de kathedraal, de grootste ter wereld.
Het dorp Banyoles met zijn unieke meer. Barcelona met zijn beroemde architectuur van Gaudi: de Sagrada Familia en de Football Club de Barcelona! Skiën in de Pyreneeën. De stad Perpignan in Frankrijk.

Annuleringsverzekering

BOOKING CONDITIONS WITH COSTA BRAVA APARTMENT (CBA)
Arrivals and Departures in High Season (July and August). Arrival is after 17.00hrs. Departures are before 10.00hrs.
Outside of these dates we are flexible.
The person who makes the booking must be 18 or over and is responsible for the veracity of the information provided.
The reservation can be made directly online on our website. The reservation will be completed when the user makes the advance payment, completes the guest registration online with all the details of the people who will occupy the property and signs the reservation contract on line in digital form.
In some houses, prices increase according to the number of occupants.
An additional charge to the booking fee is the tourist tax imposed by the Government of Catalonia for the first 7 nights per person.
BOOKING ADVANCE PAYMENT
To confirm the booking, an advance payment must be made.
The remaining amount of the rental and TT to be made by credit card at least 30 days prior to the date of arrival.


IF YOU CANCEL OR MODIFY YOUR BOOKING
A cancellation or modification will not come into effect until we receive your email. The cancellation date will be the date said email is received by CBA.
Cancellation costs will be calculated against the total rental cost according to when notification is received from the client. The percentages are as followed:
Up to 60 days before the arrival date: reimbursement of 100% of the total amount paid, less the amount of 60 euros of administration costs and less the commission that the platform has applied to us if any.
Between 30 and 60 days before the arrival date: reimbursement of 50% of the total amount paid, less the amount of 60 euros of administration costs and less the commission that the platform has applied to us if any.
30 days before the arrival date: refund 0%

SECURITY DEPOSIT
This security deposit must be received by CBA at least 15 days prior to arrival, to be paid by credit card through our booking system. CBA guarantees return of this deposit through the same credit card within 7 working days after you leave the property if no incidents have been reported.

Taking pets (if the option is available) has a cost of €12 per pet per night and will be added to the rental cost.
