White Pearl Beach is een opmerkelijke gated ontwikkeling op slechts twee minuten lopen van het strand (150 meter). In de buurt vind je een oase van tropische bomen, palmbomen en kleurrijke mediterrane bloemen rondom de zwembaden midden in de ontwikkeling. Er zijn drie zwembaden, één voor kinderen en één verwarmd in de winter om zelfs tijdens het koude seizoen ten volle van uw vakantie te genieten. De buurt heeft een 24-uurs conciërge en videobewaking en alle ingangen hebben een beveiligingscode met Interphone.

~ Strand
Playa de la Vibora ligt op 150 meter van het appartement. Het is een klein schoon strand, vooral bezocht door gezinnen. Het is bedekt met fijn zand, het water is goed en in de zomer wordt het hele strand elke dag zowel handmatig als mechanisch schoongemaakt. Direct aan het strand, tegenover de buurt, heeft u het restaurant Perla Blanca waar u ligstoelen en parasols kunt huren. In de buurt vind je de beroemde Nikki Beach Club, waar DJ's van wereldklasse en live muzikanten te vinden zijn, de populairste feesten en eersteklas entertainment.

~ Winkelen / restaurants
De dichtstbijzijnde winkel ligt op 300 meter van het appartement en ook hier heeft u restaurant Elviria en een geldautomaat. Op 600 meter (10 minuten lopen) met het commerciële gebied van Elviria, Het grootste winkelcentrum in East Marbella. Hier vindt u twee supermarkten (SuperSol en OpenCor), supermarkten, apotheek, kappers, bars en restaurants. Een van de grootste winkelcentra aan de Costa del Sol ligt op 13 minuten (12 km) van White Pearl Beach. Hier vindt u alles wat u nodig heeft, van eten tot kleding en apparaten. In slechts 3 km (5 minuten met de auto) heeft u twee lokale supermarkten, Mercadona en Lidl, die voedselvoorraden, verse vis, groenten en vers gebakken brood aanbieden. Het stadscentrum van Marbella ligt op slechts 15 minuten rijden en de oude stad staat vol met winkels en cafés waar u zich zeker zult vermaken. De restaurants, tegenover het strand van Perla Blanca, vinden het restaurant Perla Blanca en El Laurel (190 m), waar ze traditionele en internationale gerechten serveren.

~ Activiteiten
Er zijn veel dingen te doen en u hoeft niet te ver van het strand van White Pearl te gaan. In 7 minuten met de auto (4 km) bereikt u de verborgen parel van de Costa del Sol, Puerto Cabopino. Het is een charmante kleine haven met een mooie haven, met een kleine scheepswerf, aantrekkelijke architectuur en een grote verscheidenheid aan restaurants. Golfliefhebbers hebben de Santa Maria Golf Club, een van de beste golfbanen aan de Costa del Sol, op slechts 1,4 km afstand. Natuurlijk zijn het stadscentrum van Marbella en de oude stad een must en bereikt u het centrum van Marbella in slechts 15 minuten (16 km). Puerto Banus is de belangrijkste attractie van de Costa del Sol, bekend als het centrum van luxe en feesten. In 20 minuten met de auto bereikt u een van de beroemdste havens aan de Costa del Sol. Het heeft ligplaatsen voor 915 boten, waaronder die van de koning van Saoedi-Arabië en enkele van de rijkste ter wereld. De straten zijn gevuld met luxe boetieks zoals Christian Dior, Gucci, Bulgari, Versace, Dolce Gabbana en anderen.

GENERAL CONDITIONS
1. ACCEPTANCE.- Making any payment for a reservation implies acceptance of these general conditions.
2. USER.- The guest making the reservation must be of legal age and is responsible for the authenticity of the information provided. Guest agrees to abide by the Rental Rules explained and provided while at the property and shall cause all members of the rental party and anyone else Guest will abide by the following rules at all times while at the property.
3. PREPAYMENT.- Payment of a booking fee by card, paypal or bank transfer is required to guarantee the reservation. Keep in mind that any transfer fees are to be supported by guests. The reservation is subject to acceptance of payment by the banking entity.
4. RESERVATION.- The reservation is complete when the user receives the reservation confirmation and all payments are accepted. Payments have to be completed 2 months before arrival.
5. INFORMATION.- All information provided by the user is saved on a secure server, and we guarantee that this information shall be accessed exclusively by reservation staff, and only for purposes of the reservation and to communicate with the client in regards to future promotions and deals. We will also use the information provided by the guest for tax and guests declarations as required by spanish law.
6. OCCUPANTS.- The client may only lodge the maximum number of people as defined in the property characteristics and as per the hired rate.
7. CLEANING.- The property shall be made available to the client duly clean. The client commits to leave the apartment reasonably clean, without rubbish.
8. EQUIPMENT.- The client commits to leave the property in the same circumstances as they found it upon entering in terms of furniture and equipment preservation.
9. MODIFICATIONS.- We reserve the right to change the hired property for one with similar or better characteristics in the event of force majeure, such as occupation or defects suddenly occurring after the date of the reservation. These changes shall be at no cost to the client.
10. GUARANTEE.- The client will pay a refundable damage deposit as a guarantee few days before check-in, for the amount specified in the reservation. This deposit shall be fully returned upon 5 days check-out, deductions can be made for:
a) damage to the property or furnishings
b) dirt or other mess requiring excessive cleaning
c) any other cost incurred by Property manager due to Guest’s stay.
If the premises appear dirty or damaged upon Check-in, Guest shall inform Property manager immediately in order to remediate.
11. CANCELLATION.- For cancellations more than 60 days beforehand, 100% of the money paid shall be returned. For cancellations 60 days or less beforehand, no amount shall be returned.
12. COVID19 CANCELLATION. - We have our default 60 days full refund policy before check-in in case of cancellation, we will offer 70% refund if less then 60days before check-in in the event of covid19 restrictions ( no fly or quarantine during your booking dates ).
