AVAILABLE FOR LEISURE RENTAL ONLY - This might be something where you were looking for for a while! We've recently renovated this cozy apartment and gave it a modern look. Everything is brand new but we tried to keep some of the original features in it. And that worked out so good!

There is a living with balcony and views on the parade between the Arc the Triomf and Parc de la Ciutadella, a bedroom with the same views. A modern bathroom with a huge shower head and an equipped modern kitchen.
You'll have an extra small room which you can use as a study room, storage, or a big closet.
Neighborhood
Located in the Born, one of the most beautiful neighbourhood in the Ciutat Condal.
