Wijk
Venalmar is een uitzonderlijke eerstelijns strand urbanisatie, gelegen tussen de steden San Pedro en Estepona, op slechts 15 km van Marbella. De urbanisatie ligt aan de rand van een natuurlijk dennenbos, beschermd door wat je kunt voelen, de frisse wind vermengd met de geur van verse dennen. Midden in de urbanisatie bevindt zich een groot zwembad met wat diepte voor kinderen en naast het zwembad heeft een sauna. De urbanisatie heeft videobewaking en ook een privéspeeltuin voor kinderen.

~ Strand
Het strand van El Saladillo ligt vlak voor de zolder. Het strand is breed en schoon en bestaat uit een mengsel van zand en kiezels. De ingang van de zee heeft enkele rotsen. Zelfs tijdens het drukke zomerseizoen is dit strand niet erg druk. Direct naast het strand heb je een bar waar je kunt genieten van typisch Spaanse tapas of ligstoelen en parasols kunt huren.

~ Winkelen / restaurants
Als u voedsel, vers vlees, wijn, groenten, fruit of seizoensproducten moet kopen, vindt u de Aldi-supermarkt op slechts 900 meter van de zolder. Diana Center, een klein winkelgebied, ligt op 2,5 km van het appartement. Hier vindt u elke zaterdagochtend een kleine supermarkt, bakker, apotheek etc en een kleine markt. Op 17 km heb je het grootste winkelcentrum van de Costa del Sol, La Cañada, waar je alles kunt kopen wat je nodig hebt: eten, kleding, etc. er zijn verschillende lokale supermarkten zoals SuperSol (4,2 km) o Mercadona (4,3 km) waar u ook verse vis, vers gebakken brood, enz. kunt kopen. Wat restaurants betreft, de dichtstbijzijnde is slechts 20 meter van het appartement, Salduna Beach, een leuk en gastvrij restaurant aan de eerste lijn van de zee. Er zijn verschillende opties in de omgeving binnen 1 km van het appartement.

~ Activiteiten
Er zijn veel dingen te doen en niet te ver van de verstedelijking Venalmar. In slechts 5 minuten met de auto (1,5 km) bereikt u drie van de beroemdste golfbanen: Guadalmina, Atalaya en El Paraiso. Het stadscentrum en de oude binnenstad van Marbella zijn een must en u kunt het centrum van Marbella in slechts 15 minuten bereiken. Puerto Banus is de belangrijkste attractie van de Costa del Sol, bekend als de luxe paal en feesten. In 10 minuten met de auto bereikt u een van de beroemdste havens aan de Costa del Sol. Het heeft ligplaatsen voor 915 boten, waaronder die van de koning van Saoedi-Arabië en enkele van de rijkste ter wereld. De straten zijn gevuld met luxe boetieks zoals Christian Dior, Gucci, Bulgari, Versace, Dolce Gabbana en anderen.

GENERAL CONDITIONS
1. ACCEPTANCE.- Making any payment for a reservation implies acceptance of these general conditions.
2. USER.- The guest making the reservation must be of legal age and is responsible for the authenticity of the information provided. Guest agrees to abide by the Rental Rules explained and provided while at the property and shall cause all members of the rental party and anyone else Guest will abide by the following rules at all times while at the property.
3. PREPAYMENT.- Payment of a booking fee by card, paypal or bank transfer is required to guarantee the reservation. Keep in mind that any transfer fees are to be supported by guests. The reservation is subject to acceptance of payment by the banking entity.
4. RESERVATION.- The reservation is complete when the user receives the reservation confirmation and all payments are accepted. Payments have to be completed 2 months before arrival.
5. INFORMATION.- All information provided by the user is saved on a secure server, and we guarantee that this information shall be accessed exclusively by reservation staff, and only for purposes of the reservation and to communicate with the client in regards to future promotions and deals. We will also use the information provided by the guest for tax and guests declarations as required by spanish law.
6. OCCUPANTS.- The client may only lodge the maximum number of people as defined in the property characteristics and as per the hired rate.
7. CLEANING.- The property shall be made available to the client duly clean. The client commits to leave the apartment reasonably clean, without rubbish.
8. EQUIPMENT.- The client commits to leave the property in the same circumstances as they found it upon entering in terms of furniture and equipment preservation.
9. MODIFICATIONS.- We reserve the right to change the hired property for one with similar or better characteristics in the event of force majeure, such as occupation or defects suddenly occurring after the date of the reservation. These changes shall be at no cost to the client.
10. GUARANTEE.- The client will pay a refundable damage deposit as a guarantee few days before check-in, for the amount specified in the reservation. This deposit shall be fully returned upon 5 days check-out, deductions can be made for:
a) damage to the property or furnishings
b) dirt or other mess requiring excessive cleaning
c) any other cost incurred by Property manager due to Guest’s stay.
If the premises appear dirty or damaged upon Check-in, Guest shall inform Property manager immediately in order to remediate.
11. CANCELLATION.- For cancellations more than 60 days beforehand, 100% of the money paid shall be returned. For cancellations 60 days or less beforehand, no amount shall be returned.
12. COVID19 CANCELLATION. - We have our default 60 days full refund policy before check-in in case of cancellation, we will offer 70% refund if less then 60days before check-in in the event of covid19 restrictions ( no fly or quarantine during your booking dates ).
