De villa is gelegen in het exclusieve gebied van Las Chapas Playa, een rustige omgeving met prachtige privé villa's. Het hele gebied is veilig en nachtwachten patrouilleren door de straten.

~ Strand

Het Alicate-strand ligt op een minuut lopen van de villa (300 meter). Het is een van de beste stranden in de omgeving, met fijn zand, een breedte van 25 m, zonder rotsen en gematigde golven. Het goede is de gemiddelde bezetting, wat betekent dat je zelfs in drukke zomermaanden altijd een plekje kunt vinden op een chaise longue die gehuurd kan worden bij een van de strandchiringuitos. Er zijn enkele beroemde chiringuitos en strandrestaurants vlak voor de villa (South Beach, Los Sardinales, El Hipopotamo, Los Canos) die heerlijke internationale en lokale gerechten serveren.

~ Winkelen / restaurants

De dichtstbijzijnde supermarkt, Carrefour, ligt op slechts 700 meter (10 minuten lopen) van de villa. In hetzelfde gebied heb je een zeer goede Duitse bakkerij en verschillende restaurants zoals Italiaans, Da Fabio of Veranda Verde binnen de Royal Tennis Club. Het grootste winkelcentrum en winkelcentrum aan de Costa del Sol, La Canada, met meer dan 150 winkels, is slechts 8 km (8 minuten rijden). U vindt er een grote verscheidenheid aan producten, van kleding tot voedsel of bouwmaterialen, waaronder de hypermarkt Al Campo, bioscoop en bowlingcentrum. Er zijn ook andere lokale supermarkten in de omgeving (op slechts 5 km afstand), Carrefour, Mercadona, Lidl of OpenCor. Het is belangrijk om te weten dat alle winkels op zondag gesloten zijn, behalve OpenCor (5 minuten met de auto), dat 24 uur per dag geopend is. Het dichtstbijzijnde restaurant is South Beach, op slechts 200 meter van de villa, direct aan het strand. U kunt ook genieten van het strand van restaurant Los Flores of strandclub Nosso, beide gelegen op 200 meter van de villa. U kunt ook ligstoelen huren en een hele dag ontspannen op het strand met lekker eten en uitstekende cocktails. Mozaic is een ander goed restaurant dat de hele dag geopend is voor ontbijt, lunch en diner en ligt op slechts 450 meter van de villa.

~ Activiteiten

Als u een golftrip plant, is deze locatie ideaal. Er zijn drie gerenommeerde golfbanen vlakbij de villa (1,3 km), Marbella Golf Country Club (ontworpen door de legendarische Robert Trent Jones Senior), Rio Real Golf (18-holes golfbaan met clubhuis en wellnesscentrum, beschouwd in de top 5 van de Spaanse golfbanen) en Santa Clara Golf (18-holes golfbaan, ontworpen door Enrique Canales Busquets). Als u een tennisliefhebber bent, ligt op slechts 700 meter van de villa de Royal Tennis Club. De club staat bekend om zijn kleiroutes, het beste van de Costa del Sol, waar je de sneeuwschoensport buiten kunt beoefenen, in een natuurlijke en rustige omgeving. Voor uw kinderen of voor een gezinsactiviteit hebben wij de perfecte plek op slechts 4 km afstand, Aventura Amazonia Park, het grootste avonturenpark in Andalusië. Het gebied is ook zeer goed verbonden met nabijgelegen steden en dorpen, op slechts 10 minuten rijden van het centrum van Marbella (7 km), slechts 20 minuten rijden (18 km) De beroemde Puerto Banus, het centrum van luxe en feesten, en 40 minuten van de internationale luchthaven van Malaga (46 km).

GENERAL CONDITIONS
1. ACCEPTANCE.- Making any payment for a reservation implies acceptance of these general conditions.
2. USER.- The guest making the reservation must be of legal age and is responsible for the authenticity of the information provided. Guest agrees to abide by the Rental Rules explained and provided while at the property and shall cause all members of the rental party and anyone else Guest will abide by the following rules at all times while at the property.
3. PREPAYMENT.- Payment of a booking fee by card, paypal or bank transfer is required to guarantee the reservation. Keep in mind that any transfer fees are to be supported by guests. The reservation is subject to acceptance of payment by the banking entity.
4. RESERVATION.- The reservation is complete when the user receives the reservation confirmation and all payments are accepted. Payments have to be completed 2 months before arrival.
5. INFORMATION.- All information provided by the user is saved on a secure server, and we guarantee that this information shall be accessed exclusively by reservation staff, and only for purposes of the reservation and to communicate with the client in regards to future promotions and deals. We will also use the information provided by the guest for tax and guests declarations as required by spanish law.
6. OCCUPANTS.- The client may only lodge the maximum number of people as defined in the property characteristics and as per the hired rate.
7. CLEANING.- The property shall be made available to the client duly clean. The client commits to leave the apartment reasonably clean, without rubbish.
8. EQUIPMENT.- The client commits to leave the property in the same circumstances as they found it upon entering in terms of furniture and equipment preservation.
9. MODIFICATIONS.- We reserve the right to change the hired property for one with similar or better characteristics in the event of force majeure, such as occupation or defects suddenly occurring after the date of the reservation. These changes shall be at no cost to the client.
10. GUARANTEE.- The client will pay a refundable damage deposit as a guarantee few days before check-in, for the amount specified in the reservation. This deposit shall be fully returned upon 5 days check-out, deductions can be made for:
a) damage to the property or furnishings
b) dirt or other mess requiring excessive cleaning
c) any other cost incurred by Property manager due to Guest’s stay.
If the premises appear dirty or damaged upon Check-in, Guest shall inform Property manager immediately in order to remediate.
11. CANCELLATION.- For cancellations more than 60 days beforehand, 100% of the money paid shall be returned. For cancellations 60 days or less beforehand, no amount shall be returned.
12. COVID19 CANCELLATION. - We have our default 60 days full refund policy before check-in in case of cancellation, we will offer 70% refund if less then 60days before check-in in the event of covid19 restrictions ( no fly or quarantine during your booking dates ).
