Las Mimosas Banus is een privé urbanisatie in Puerto Banus op slechts 200m van het zandstrand van Nueva Andalucia en de promenade. De promenade langs het strand brengt u helemaal naar het andere einde van Puerto Banus, langs de luxe jachthaven en de dure luxe boetieks zoals Christian Dior, Gucci, Bvlgari, Versace, Dolce Gabbana en anderen.

~ Winkelen/Restaurants

Een van de voordelen die dit appartement biedt, is de nabijheid van het centrum van Puerto Banus, daarom kunt u in 15 minuten naar elk restaurant lopen dat u wilt en ook uw boodschappen doen bij Corte Ingles (1500m). HiperCor is een grote supermarkt in het winkelcentrum, en vanaf hier kunt u alles kopen van verse vis, vers brood of groenten. U vindt er zelfs rayons met producten van over de hele wereld. Het beste is dat u uw boodschappen kunt doen en deze bij u thuis kunt laten bezorgen, zodat u geen zware tassen hoeft te dragen. Wat betreft restaurants raden we u aan om het restaurant Mistral Beach te proberen, op slechts 150 meter van uw appartement. Als u zin ​​heeft in een ontspannend strandrestaurant, raden we chiringuito Los Epigones aan, op slechts 400 meter van uw accommodatie.

~ Activiteiten
Het appartement bevindt zich in een omgeving die aan de meest uiteenlopende verwachtingen kan voldoen: van golfbanen tot tennisclubs, musea, clubs, fietsverhuur, wellness- en fitnessclubs. U hoeft alleen maar een keuze te maken en u zult de attractie vinden die uw vakantie onvergetelijk zal maken. Als u sightseeing met avontuur wilt combineren, kunt u dagelijkse cruises maken van Puerto Banus naar Marbella Marina. Omdat het zo dicht bij het centrum van de meest luxueuze jachthaven van Spanje ligt, is het onwaarschijnlijk dat u niet veel activiteiten in de buurt zult vinden, zoals jetskiën, tours om dolfijnen te spotten met monitor, flyboard, vischarterboten, om nog maar te zwijgen van winkelen in de grootste El Corte Ingles in de omgeving (op loopafstand) waar u de meest bekende merken kunt vinden. Het centrum van Estepona en Marbella liggen beide op 15 km afstand van het appartement, in tegengestelde richtingen, en beide zijn must-see bestemmingen.

GENERAL CONDITIONS
1. ACCEPTANCE.- Making any payment for a reservation implies acceptance of these general conditions.
2. USER.- The guest making the reservation must be of legal age and is responsible for the authenticity of the information provided. Guest agrees to abide by the Rental Rules explained and provided while at the property and shall cause all members of the rental party and anyone else Guest will abide by the following rules at all times while at the property.
3. PREPAYMENT.- Payment of a booking fee by card, paypal or bank transfer is required to guarantee the reservation. Keep in mind that any transfer fees are to be supported by guests. The reservation is subject to acceptance of payment by the banking entity.
4. RESERVATION.- The reservation is complete when the user receives the reservation confirmation and all payments are accepted. Payments have to be completed 2 months before arrival.
5. INFORMATION.- All information provided by the user is saved on a secure server, and we guarantee that this information shall be accessed exclusively by reservation staff, and only for purposes of the reservation and to communicate with the client in regards to future promotions and deals. We will also use the information provided by the guest for tax and guests declarations as required by spanish law.
6. OCCUPANTS.- The client may only lodge the maximum number of people as defined in the property characteristics and as per the hired rate.
7. CLEANING.- The property shall be made available to the client duly clean. The client commits to leave the apartment reasonably clean, without rubbish.
8. EQUIPMENT.- The client commits to leave the property in the same circumstances as they found it upon entering in terms of furniture and equipment preservation.
9. MODIFICATIONS.- We reserve the right to change the hired property for one with similar or better characteristics in the event of force majeure, such as occupation or defects suddenly occurring after the date of the reservation. These changes shall be at no cost to the client.
10. GUARANTEE.- The client will pay a refundable damage deposit as a guarantee few days before check-in, for the amount specified in the reservation. This deposit shall be fully returned upon 5 days check-out, deductions can be made for:
a) damage to the property or furnishings
b) dirt or other mess requiring excessive cleaning
c) any other cost incurred by Property manager due to Guest’s stay.
If the premises appear dirty or damaged upon Check-in, Guest shall inform Property manager immediately in order to remediate.
11. CANCELLATION.- For cancellations more than 60 days beforehand, 100% of the money paid shall be returned. For cancellations 60 days or less beforehand, no amount shall be returned.
12. COVID19 CANCELLATION. - We have our default 60 days full refund policy before check-in in case of cancellation, we will offer 70% refund if less then 60days before check-in in the event of covid19 restrictions ( no fly or quarantine during your booking dates ).
