Summary
This apartment in Barcelona is great for families, couples or business stays. It can accommodate up to 4 people. There are 2 bedrooms (one double and one bunk bed), 2 bathrooms, a living room, a fully equipped kitchen and a nice balcony. You have a great private roofterrace (50m2) available for your sole use only. The apartment has a terrace for your private use on the roof terrace (1 floor above the apartment, accessible from the staircase).

Space
The apartment size is about 80 m2. The apartment is located very centrally in Barcelona, Eixample Esquerra. This calm and nice district is known for its great restaurants, central location and lots of tourist attractions near by.

For example Casa Mila and Casa Batllo. If you want to stay with your family, with friends or for business in Barcelona, in a central and calm/nice district, this fully equipped apartment will definitely fulfil your needs.

IF you are NOT a family travelling, kindly CONSULT with us before booking communicating ages and motive of stay. This is a quiet residential apartment where young groups of travellers are not allowed.

Neighborhood
Your apartment is located very centrally in Barcelona, Eixample Esquerra, with many modernist facades and the intricate construction of these designer buildings located in every block.

This calm and nice district is known for great restaurants, central location and a lot of tourist attractions near by. For example Casa Mila and Casa Batllo.

Transit
To get to the apartment is relatively easy from the airport. There are a few options.

1) Take a taxi.

A normal taxi with 4 seats costs about 30 euros.
You can find a taxi at almost any exit of the airport.

2) Aerobus. Buy a ticket, approximately 5 euro pp.

Once you have arrived at Placa de Catalunya by Aerobus (The end of the line). Go left once you are getting out of the Aerobus and walk towards (looking towards the Tibidabo mountain) Passeig de Gracia Metro, which is two blocks away from Placa de Catalunya (10 minutes by foot).

Take the yellow line (L4) metro with the direction Trinitat Nova and get out at the next stop "Girona". This metro station is at the corner of the apartment.

3) By train R2N (FAST & CHEAP).

Offboard at Passeig de Gracia. From there, you can walk a few minutes towards the apartment. Train is about 5 euro and walking distance about 6 minutes from station to the apartment.

Hey there! Some important info for your upcoming stay:

All guests are REQUIRED to fill out a pre-arrival form and SIGN a rental contract before their stay. These steps are MANDATORY to ensure a smooth check-in process and to comply with local regulations.

- Keeping things smooth:
For your comfort we will answer you in your preferred booking platform's chat on workdays (mon-fri 9:30 am to 6:30 pm). Outside those hours our call center is at your service for phone calls for urgent matters. All other matters will be handled as soon as it is possible or picked up the next working day by our team.

- Heads up, we don't have a reception, but we're here to make things awesome for you!

- Check-in: Anytime after 3:00 PM. If it's past 6:30 PM on weekdays or it is the weekend/holiday, don’t worry! We have a key drop-off service.
Late check-in fee (excluded from the price) 30€ after 21:00 / 50€ after 00:00.

- Check-out: Always wrap things up by 11:00 AM.

- Before you make moves to the apartment, give us a call about 30-45 minutes before. No app calls or texts please, just hit us up with a regular call.

- Need help with bags? Check out "Luggit Service" - They can pick up your belongings and deliver them at 15:00 at the apartment, so you can explore the city in the meantime ;)

- Remember to send over IDs of all guests before arriving. It's a local rule we have to follow.

- Make sure outstanding amounts are squared away before you check in.

- Don't forget about the tourist tax – Barcelona's tourist tax fee is 6,88 EUR. per person per night, not included in your initial booking payment.

- When confirming the booking, it is required to sign the rental agreement contract.

- Baby on board? No problem! We've got free baby cots, but give us a shout when you book. For the safety of your baby, there are no sheets, pillows or additional mattress in the cots, only the regulated mattress that comes with all travel cots.

HouseRules
Reasons for not returning the security deposit are as follows:
-Non authorized departures prior to the time estimated given to the owner or the agency.
-Accommodating more people than stipulated in the reservation contract.
-Disturbing the neighborhood/community. Any guest who causes excessive noise or disturbance will be asked to leave the apartment immediately with no refund at all.
- Rest hours: from 9p.m to 8a.m > it's not allowed to make party/noise
-Any large damage or theft committed to the apartment by the tenants.

Please note that to have better control over the use of the terrace, we might request you to sign an annex of the contract with additional rules and conditions on the appropriate behaviour and use of terrace & apartment (especially for younger groups).

The kitchen is equipped with various appliances for your convenience. Follow the guidelines to use them properly.

- Extractor Hood: Located above the stove, buttons underneath for operation.
- Nespresso Machine: Located in the kitchen, with cups provided.
- Stove: Electric, with adjustable settings.
- Washing Machine: Located in the bathroom; drying rack in the kitchen cabinet or under the bed.
- Cleaning Supplies: Use only provided cleaning products.

For luggage services, use Luggit or LuggageHero to pick up and deliver your belongings. Garbage should be disposed of in the large trash containers on the right side of the building.

Heating and cooling are controlled via the central A/C unit. Ensure to follow the guidelines for energy efficiency. The TV and Wi-Fi are available for entertainment; troubleshoot common issues as outlined.

Central A/C: Set to 24°C (72.5°F) for sustainability. Turn off when not in use.
TV: Use the remote on the salon table. Check the manual if issues arise.
Wi-Fi: Ensure the router is plugged in. If issues persist, reset the router by unplugging and reconnecting it after a few minutes.
