The Space

Great space with a bright gallery. It has 3 bedrooms and 2 complete bathrooms. 5 beds is the standard but there can be easily added an extra 6th bed if necessary. A stylish minimalist design, combined with the modernist style elements original of the house (built beginning of the 20st century).

When decorating I tried to respect the old structures, like the mosaic flooring, but I wanted to give a contrast to it for which the choice of the deco is modern and fresh.

Neighborhood
It is a quiet residential area, away from the hectic touristy zone. It has with some nice bars and restaurants in the zone. There is a good connection to public transportation that takes you in a few minutes to Plaza Catalonia or Plaza España.

Transit
Buses and metro nearby. Metro stop Urgell at 5-10 minutes walk. It will take you to Plaza Catalonia in less than 5 minutes. Plaza Espana same thing :)

Should you come by care, there is a paid parking next door where I can make arrangements for you to park. Count between 20-25 eur/day.

Notes
Included are utility bills up to 200 eur / month. You may be charged for overconsumption should that be the case. Kindly mind the environment and use electricity and water responsibly.


Hey there! Some important info for your upcoming stay:

- Keeping things smooth:
For your comfort we will answer you in your preferred booking platform's chat on workdays (mon-fri 9:30 am to 6:30 pm). Outside those hours our call center is at your service for phone calls for urgent matters. All other matters will be handled as soon as it is possible or picked up the next working day by our team.

- Check-in: Anytime after 3:00 PM. If it's past 6:30 PM on weekdays or it is the weekend/holiday, don’t worry! We have a key drop-off service.
Late check-in fee (excluded from the price) 30€ after 21:00 / 50€ after 00:00.

- Check-out: Always wrap things up by 11:00 AM.

- Before you make moves to the apartment, give us a call about 30-45 minutes before. No app calls or texts please, just hit us up with a regular call.

- Remember to send over IDs of all guests before arriving. It's a local rule we have to follow.

- Make sure outstanding amounts are squared away before you check in.

- Baby on board? No problem! We've got free baby cots, but give us a shout when you book. For the safety of your baby, there are no sheets, pillows or additional mattress in the cots, only the regulated mattress that comes with all travel cots.

All guests must be over 21 years old. We must have received all documents (passport/IDs, proof of accommodation need like contract).

Licence number not needed because we only rent for longer than 32 nights

- No parties or noise. It is a residential building where you can live like a local. Expected is that you also act like one ;)

There is no reception in the building, so make sure that you call 45 minutes before your arrival at the apartment. I will be at the agreed time at the apartment then, for your private check-in.

Please note that if you check in after 9:00 p.m., a late check-in fee of €30 will apply. For check-ins after midnight (12:00 a.m.), the late check-in fee will be €50. Thank you for your understanding!

House manual: # Please note there is a strict house rules policy. You can soak up local life living in this apartment. That also comes with some norms that are usual in Barcelona. No noise after 22.30 in the apartment or the building. It is common practice but it needs to be reminded to avoid confusion.
