Newly refurbished monthly rental apartment, close to public transport. All freshly decorated in a Nordic style. There are 4 bedrooms. 3 of them, includes a closet, single bed, and night table.
The last bedroom, could it be a double bedroom with double closet and 2-night tables. The apartment is very bright and comfortable.
Ideal for students!
There are 2 bathrooms, 1 kitchen totally full-equipped and a small gallery.

Neighborhood
All around the apartment you will find fun places to go to. How about a Gintonic in one of the recommended by NY Times "Morro Fi" bar. It is just around the corner. Tapasbars, a supermarket, public transportation and even a parking is all within hand-reach. All in all it is very practical independently whether you are traveling for business, with a group of friends or family. You'll be comfortable.

There is no reception in the building, so make sure that you call 45 minutes before your arrival at the apartment. I will be at the agreed time at the apartment then, for your private check-in.

House manual: # Please treat the building, especially the lift with care. Do not enter in the lift then with the indicated maximum amount (you find this in the lift cabin).

# Bins are found in the street corners.

# Wifi - Internet. Sometimes you may experience service interruption. If that is the case, please unplug the modem you find in the small table in the living room next to the lamp and between the two windows. After about 10 seconds, plug it back in again and then wait for a while. This solves in 99% of the cases the issue.

# Power outages. Should you be left without electricity at any point, kindly head over to the big closet that separates the entrance from the master bedroom /suite in the streetside of the apartment. In it you will find a switchboard. ALL switches should be pointing up. If they are not, then please switch them to point up.
