A few hundred meters from the Avinguda Diagonal, it is a luxury apartment in the Gràcia neighborhood of Barcelona.

When you enter the apartment, you will be amazed by the immediate open floor plan and natural light. Immediately to your right, you will find a fully renovated kitchen with high end features. Just past that are the two bedrooms on the left that flow into the living room.

The living room’s main feature are the massive windows that let in plenty of natural light and give you views of the neighborhood below. A big TV and a big sofa in the corner also make this space a great place to relax after a day in Barcelona. There is also a big dining table on the other side of the living room. A modern touch, the big wooden sliding doors, separates or opens the space up for you to find the master bedroom with a double bed. The bigger bathroom is privately connected to this room. The ceilings are designed with exposed bricks, this is classic in Barcelona.

All together this apartment is the definition of a luxurious stay in Barcelona!

Hey there! Some important info for your upcoming stay:

All guests are REQUIRED to fill out a pre-arrival form and SIGN a rental contract before their stay. These steps are MANDATORY to ensure a smooth check-in process and to comply with local regulations.

- Building has a small lift: the elevator has space for just one suitcase per ride (up and down). So when you are travelling with multiple suitcases keep in mind you have to go with the elevator in a few go's.

- This apartment is ideal for families. No groups of young travellers. 2-3 adults is most comfortable. Should you be 4 adults, you must REQUEST before booking and explain about your reason of stay and introduce the fellow travellers.

- Keeping things smooth:
For your comfort we will answer you in your preferred booking platform's chat on workdays (mon-fri 9:30 am to 6:30 pm). Outside those hours our call center is at your service for phone calls for urgent matters. All other matters will be handled as soon as it is possible or picked up the next working day by our team.

- Heads up, we don't have a reception, but we're here to make things awesome for you!

- Check-in: Anytime after 3:00 PM. If it's past 6:30 PM on weekdays or it is the weekend/holiday, don’t worry! We have a key drop-off service.
Late check-in fee (excluded from the price) 30€ after 21:00 / 50€ after 00:00.

- Check-out: Always wrap things up by 11:00 AM.

- Before you make moves to the apartment, give us a call about 30-45 minutes before. No app calls or texts please, just hit us up with a regular call.

- Need help with bags? Check out "Luggit Service" - They can pick up your belongings and deliver them at 15:00 at the apartment, so you can explore the city in the meantime ;)

- Remember to send over IDs of all guests before arriving. It's a local rule we have to follow.

- Make sure outstanding amounts are squared away before you check in.

- Don't forget about the tourist tax – it's 6,88€ per person per night, not included in your initial booking payment.

- When confirming the booking, it is required to sign the rental agreement contract.

- Baby on board? No problem! We've got free baby cots, but give us a shout when you book. For the safety of your baby, there are no sheets, pillows or additional mattress in the cots, only the regulated mattress that comes with all travel cots. Also keep in mind that it is not allowed to bring baby strollers upstairs. It can be stored downstairs and you will be given a key.

House manual: ^^ Take into account the elevator is tiny and narrow. It is not recommendable to take very large suitcases.

^^ In case you should experience any power outage; next to the entrance door, entering on your right hand side at the wall there is a box. If you open it, behind it there is the powerboxes. All switches should be pointing UP. If they don't, simply put them up.

^^ Need a drying rack? Try to open the master bed. There is a handle on it which you can lift it. It is there (should be ;).

The apartment guide outlines and provides instructions for accessing amenities. Please adhere to the rules to ensure a pleasant stay for everyone.

The kitchen is equipped with various appliances for your convenience. Follow the guidelines to use them properly.

- Microwave and Oven: Microwave on the countertop, oven under the extractor hood.
- Extractor Hood: Located above the stove, buttons underneath for operation.
- Nespresso Machine: Located in the kitchen, with cups provided.
- Stove: Electric, with adjustable settings.
- Washing Machine: Located in the bathroom; drying rack in the kitchen cabinet or under the bed.
- Cleaning Supplies: Use only provided cleaning products.

For luggage services, use Luggit or LuggageHero to pick up and deliver your belongings. Garbage should be disposed of in the large trash containers on the right side of the building.

Heating and cooling are controlled via the central A/C unit. Ensure to follow the guidelines for energy efficiency. The TV and Wi-Fi are available for entertainment; troubleshoot common issues as outlined.

Central A/C: Set to 24°C (72.5°F) for sustainability. Turn off when not in use.
TV: Use the remote on the salon table. Check the manual if issues arise.
Wi-Fi: Ensure the router is plugged in. If issues persist, reset the router by unplugging and reconnecting it after a few minutes.
