GENERAL TERMS OF THE ONLINE BOOKING SYSTEM:
1. ACCEPTANCE: By making a booking, you signify your acceptance of these terms.
2. USER: The person who makes the booking should be older than 21 and take responsibility for the truthfulness of the data entered.
3. BOOKING: The booking will be complete when the user has received confirmation by e-mail together with the reservation number.
4. LIMITS: The system reserves the possibility of limiting bookings with respect to both the number of apartments and the number of overnights.
5. MEALS: The price of this apartment does not include meals.
6. TAXES: All our prices include VAT. The municipal tax of 4,40 EUR per person and night is not included and it should be paid on arrival (applicable only to guests from the age of 16 years and for a maximum of 7 nights).
7. CANCELLATION: If you cancel or modify your booking up to 14 days before the date of arrival, the establishment will not make any extra charges. If you cancel or modify your booking less than 14 days before the date of arrival, or do not show, the establishment will charge 100% of the amount of the booking. To cancel your booking, send an e-mail to info@quartprimera.com
8. PRE-PAYMENT: You will need to pay the total amount of your booking within the 14 days prior to your arrival. The establishment will send you an email with a secure link to complete the payment with your credit card. If you prefer to pay by bank transfer, please send an email to info@quartprimera.com.
9. DEPOSIT: You will need to make a 500€ deposit with your credit card before arrival. The establishment will send you and email with a link some days prior to your arrival. This deposit will be automatically unblocked 8 to10 days after the date of its payment (except if you use Mastercard or Europcard, which unblocks it 30 days later). This amount will be returned as long as the apartment is left in the same condition it was on the date of arrival.
It is compulsory to make the deposit before the entrance to the apartment.
10. NON-REFUNDABLE RATES: In the case of non-refundable rates, the total amount of the booking will be charged if the user cancels or modifies the booking or does not show up. The total amount of the booking may be charged at any time after the booking is made.
11. LATE CHECK-IN: Check-ins after 8:00 p.m. will be subject to a surcharge of €30; for check-ins after 11:00 p.m. the surcharge will be of €50.
12. Parties are not allowed in the apartments. Noise must be kept to a minimum between 10 p.m. and 8:00 a.m. This is a family building, please respect our neighbors.
13. DATA PROTECTION: In compliance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, we inform you that the Controller of the processing of the personal data which you have provided us is INVERSIONES FINANCIERAS E INMOBILIARIAS, S.A. (owner of Quartprimera Apartments and www.quartprimera.com), holder of VAT (C.I.F.) number A08061400, with domicile at C/ Gran Via de les Corts Catalanes 608, 1r D, 08007 Barcelona, and with telephone +34 93 318 12 42 and e-mail info@quartprimera.com.
We are authorised to process the personal data which you have provided by virtue of the performance of the booking contract signed and commissioned for the purpose of providing you the requested accommodation service and for its billing. The data which you have provided us will be kept for as long as the contractual relation is maintained and, after the termination of said relation, for the time necessary to comply with the mercantile and tax-related legal obligations on the conservation of data; and such data will be kept as well as for the time necessary to respond to any claim which may arise. The provision of your personal data is an indispensable requirement in order to sign the commissioned contract. If you do not provide us such data, INVERSIONES FINANCIERAS E INMOBILIARIAS, S.A. will be released from any liability derived from failure to provide the requested service.
In the event in which you grant your express consent for the purpose of receiving promotional communications at the stated e-mail address, you may withdraw your consent at any time without the processing performed before such withdrawal being illegal.
Your data may be assigned to service providers established in the EU when the cooperation of such providers is necessary to fulfil the purpose of providing the requested service which ties us. Your data may also be assigned to professionals and enterprises established in EU territory which provide services to INVERSIONES FINANCIERAS E INMOBILIARIAS, S.A. in order to fulfil the purposes for which you have provided us your data and the pertinent mercantile and tax-related legal obligations.
Through info@quartprimera.com, you may exercise, respectively, the rights of access to the processed data; of rectification of erroneous or inaccurate data: of elimination when, among other reasons, the data are no longer necessary for the purposes for which they were collected; of limitation, in which case they will not be processed but they will be kept for the exercise or defence of claims; and of opposition and of portability of data. You may also exercise the right to present a claim before the Spanish Data Protection Agency through www.aepd.es.
