As we work with a large range of apartments and owners (property managers), we have several cancellation policies. 

Strict : 
Less than 30 days = no refund
Standard : Less than 30 days = 50% refund // less than 7 days = no refund
Flexible : Less than 7 days = no refund
Non-refundable: After 24 hours of booking = 100% non-refundable

You will always find the policy in the apartment description. Should you have any doubt about this, let us know by contacting previous to the booking please.

Check-in time is always after 3 pm. Sometimes your apartment is ready before that but this can not be guaranteed. Check-out time is always before 11 am. Whereas mostly we want to be flexible it is not always possible as other guests may arrive or maintenance and cleaning needs to be done at the apartments.

Yes. Our team is available during your stay. Upon booking you will receive arrival instructions and access to your personalized guest area where you can find useful information and tips. Upon arrival you will be checked into the apartment and the keyholder will inform you the numbers to reach in an emergency or for general assistance.

Do I have to pay a security deposit?

As in all things you rent there is a security deposit required yes. This, however, is in most cases a pre block on the creditcard you provide.

Can I book at this website safely?

Absolutely! Your data is 100% safe and will not be shared with anyone outside our organizational structure. Check our privacy policy in case of doubt.

What if something happens during my stay?

We are always available for emergencies and all apartments have their own guides in the apartment with usefull information and phonenumbers.

Will I get my money back if I cancel?

We always apply the cancellation policy as standard and therefore return your funds accordingly.

Do all the properties have linens and towels?

Yes, all of our properties come with freshly cleaned linens and towels upon your arrival.
