~ Neighborhood

Alicate Playa is a private and secured development, consisting of 6 phases. It is placed in a breathtaking landscape that stretches from Alicate Playa beach (within walking distance) to the mountains that offer their wild beauty in Parque National Sierra de las Nieves. The apartment is located in the second phase of the urbanization, just 150m from the beach. Inside the neighborhood, you'll find an oasis of tropical trees, palm trees, and colorful Mediterranean flowerssurrounding the free-shaped pool placed in the middle of the neighborhood. The neighborhood has video surveillance and all entrances have security code with Interphone. You also have access to four paddle tennis courts.

~ Beach Alicate

Playa beach is located just 150m from the apartment. The beach is covered in fine sand, the water is clean and during summer the entire beach is daily cleaned both manually and mechanically. Right on the beach, in front of the neighborhood, you have Los Sardinales restaurant (130m), which specialized in fish dishes, from where you can also rent sunbeds and umbrellas. In the area, within walking distance you'll find other beach restaurants (Restaurante los Cano with Mediterranean dishes) and chiringuitos (Nosso Summer Club Marbella) or beach clubs (La Cabane Beach Club).

~ Shopping;

RestaurantsThe nearest supermarket is Carrefour, at 1.5km from the apartment. From Carrefour, you can buy fresh vegetables, freshly baked bread, fresh fish, and other products. In 5km you have Elviria shopping area, the biggest shopping center from Marbella Eastside. Here you can find two supermarkets (Carrefour and OpenCor), grocery shops, pharmacies, hairdressers, bars, and restaurants. In just 6km (5min drive) you have other two local supermarkets, Mercadona and Lidl. One of the biggest shopping malls in Costa del Sol is located at a 10min (9km) drive from Alicate Playa. Here you'll find everything you need, from food to clothing or electro-domestic stores. Marbella city center is at just a 15 min drive and the old town is stuffed with cozy shops and cafeterias where I'm sure you'll have a good time. As for restaurants, the nearest one is Los Sardinales, where they serve fish dishes and both traditional and international cuisine, Restaurante los Cano with Mediterranean dishes, and Nosso Summer Club Marbella.

~ Activities

There are lots of things for you to do and not having to go too far from Alicate Playa. Within 9km you reach the hidden pearl of Costa del Sol, Puerto Cabopino. It's a small but enchanting harbor with pretty port, with its small boatyard, attractive architecture and a large choice of restaurants. For golf lovers, at only 700 meters you find Santa Clara Golf, a 18 hole golf course that offers golf lessons and clubhouse restaurant. Also there are two renowned golf courses within just 2km, Marbella Golf, an upscale golf course and Golfboo S.L.Of course, Marbella city center and old town are a must see and you reach Marbella center in just 10 min (8km). Puerto Banus is the main attraction on Costa del Sol, known as the pole of luxury and parties. In 20 minutes drive you'll reach one of the most famous harbors on Costa del Sol. It has berths for 915 boats, including those of the King of Saudi Arabia and several of the world's wealthiest people. Its streets are lined with expensive luxury boutiques like Christian Dior, Gucci, Bvlgari, Versace, Dolce & Gabbana, and others.

GENERAL CONDITIONS
1. ACCEPTANCE.- Making any payment for a reservation implies acceptance of these general conditions.
2. USER.- The guest making the reservation must be of legal age and is responsible for the authenticity of the information provided. Guest agrees to abide by the Rental Rules explained and provided while at the property and shall cause all members of the rental party and anyone else Guest will abide by the following rules at all times while at the property.
3. PREPAYMENT.- Payment of a booking fee by card, paypal or bank transfer is required to guarantee the reservation. Keep in mind that any transfer fees are to be supported by guests. The reservation is subject to acceptance of payment by the banking entity.
4. RESERVATION.- The reservation is complete when the user receives the reservation confirmation and all payments are accepted. Payments have to be completed 2 months before arrival.
5. INFORMATION.- All information provided by the user is saved on a secure server, and we guarantee that this information shall be accessed exclusively by reservation staff, and only for purposes of the reservation and to communicate with the client in regards to future promotions and deals. We will also use the information provided by the guest for tax and guests declarations as required by spanish law.
6. OCCUPANTS.- The client may only lodge the maximum number of people as defined in the property characteristics and as per the hired rate.
7. CLEANING.- The property shall be made available to the client duly clean. The client commits to leave the apartment reasonably clean, without rubbish.
8. EQUIPMENT.- The client commits to leave the property in the same circumstances as they found it upon entering in terms of furniture and equipment preservation.
9. MODIFICATIONS.- We reserve the right to change the hired property for one with similar or better characteristics in the event of force majeure, such as occupation or defects suddenly occurring after the date of the reservation. These changes shall be at no cost to the client.
10. GUARANTEE.- The client will pay a refundable damage deposit as a guarantee few days before check-in, for the amount specified in the reservation. This deposit shall be fully returned upon 5 days check-out, deductions can be made for:
a) damage to the property or furnishings
b) dirt or other mess requiring excessive cleaning
c) any other cost incurred by Property manager due to Guest’s stay.
If the premises appear dirty or damaged upon Check-in, Guest shall inform Property manager immediately in order to remediate.
11. CANCELLATION.- For cancellations more than 60 days beforehand, 100% of the money paid shall be returned. For cancellations 60 days or less beforehand, no amount shall be returned.
12. COVID19 CANCELLATION. - We have our default 60 days full refund policy before check-in in case of cancellation, we will offer 70% refund if less then 60days before check-in in the event of covid19 restrictions ( no fly or quarantine during your booking dates ).
