There is central AC/heating and fridge, washing machine and dishwasher included.
Monthly rental only.
We provide one set of bedsheets and towels per stay.

The utility bills up to €150 are included. In case you spend more, we will inform you and you will need to pay the difference.

PLEASE NOTE: late check-in carries the following EXTRA charges:
- EUR 30 after 21:00
- EUR 50 after 00:00

Take into account ALWAYS ASK the period of time to inscribe in the city hall from Barcelona (there is a minimum stay for this) NOTE: Monthly rental. Apartment strictly and only available for stays over 32 nights.
