Guadalmina is a beautiful beach-side urbanization located at just 13km (15min drive) from Marbella city center, 7km (10min drive) from famous Puerto Banus, 15km (13min drive) from beautiful Estepona and 65km (45min drive) from Malaga International Airport. Guadalmina area is bordered to the west by Paraiso Atalaya neighborhood, to the east by Nueva Alcantara neighborhood and San Pedro de Alcantara and the northern part is delimited by the beautiful village of Benahavis.

~ Beach

The beach is called Playa Guadalmina, is 25 meters wide and contains a mixture of both golden sand and gravel. Its unique surroundings include the third-century AD Roman ruins known as Las Bóvedas, which are located within a protected archeological site. This beach has the Blue Flag award since 1992 thanks to its excellent water and beach quality.

~ Shopping/Restaurants

In 3 kilometers from the duplex you reach a shopping area which offers a range of outlets including art, clothing, jewelry, perfume, books, electrical goods and sports items, banks, numerous restaurants and cafés. At Mercadona, SuperSol or Supermercados e Hipermercado Cayetano y Euromarket you'll find local and international food products. Right on the beach you have four-star Hotel Guadalmina Spa&Golf Resort, the area’s most renowned hotel at only 1 kilometer from the duplex. From here you have easy access to four high-class restaurants – including Cocoa, Taray, Acqua and the Beach Club – a luxurious in-house spa with thermal circuit, several treatment rooms and also a wellness center. If you want to spend your holiday lazing on a sunbed on the beach, you can rent sunbeds and umbrellas right from the hotel. Guadalmina beach is a popular location to relax and enjoy some water sports such as jet skiing and diving.

~ Activities

If you are golf lovers, definitely this is the place to be. Real Club de Golf Guadalmina (1.2km) offers two 18 holes golf courses and a par 3 nine holes golf course, a covered driving range for 40 players and a chipping and putting green. Guadalmina neighborhood is close to other quality courses: Atalaya Golf (2.2km) and El Paraiso (3.5km). Those who love to play tennis will have the pleasant surprise of discovering plenty of tennis courts in the neighborhood. History lovers will enjoy “Las Bóvedas” (within walking distance to the duplex) found in 1926, dating back to the 3rd century and believed to have been part of Roman thermal baths. It has a strange octagonal construction that has been well preserved due to its proximity to the sea. Another historical monument to see in Guadalmina is the 16th-century parish church. The “Old Town” of Guadalmina has historical streets and is surrounded by the town walls of the old Moorish castle. Tourists can also enjoy the Annual Summer Fair which takes place in October. In Guadalmina area you'll find also a range of outlets including art, clothing, jewelry, perfume, books, electrical goods and sports items, banks, numerous restaurants and cafés. GENERAL CONDITIONS
1. ACCEPTANCE.- Making any payment for a reservation implies acceptance of these general conditions.
2. USER.- The guest making the reservation must be of legal age and is responsible for the authenticity of the information provided. Guest agrees to abide by the Rental Rules explained and provided while at the property and shall cause all members of the rental party and anyone else Guest will abide by the following rules at all times while at the property.
3. PREPAYMENT.- Payment of a booking fee by card, paypal or bank transfer is required to guarantee the reservation. Keep in mind that any transfer fees are to be supported by guests. The reservation is subject to acceptance of payment by the banking entity.
4. RESERVATION.- The reservation is complete when the user receives the reservation confirmation and all payments are accepted. Payments have to be completed 2 months before arrival.
5. INFORMATION.- All information provided by the user is saved on a secure server, and we guarantee that this information shall be accessed exclusively by reservation staff, and only for purposes of the reservation and to communicate with the client in regards to future promotions and deals. We will also use the information provided by the guest for tax and guests declarations as required by spanish law.
6. OCCUPANTS.- The client may only lodge the maximum number of people as defined in the property characteristics and as per the hired rate.
7. CLEANING.- The property shall be made available to the client duly clean. The client commits to leave the apartment reasonably clean, without rubbish.
8. EQUIPMENT.- The client commits to leave the property in the same circumstances as they found it upon entering in terms of furniture and equipment preservation.
9. MODIFICATIONS.- We reserve the right to change the hired property for one with similar or better characteristics in the event of force majeure, such as occupation or defects suddenly occurring after the date of the reservation. These changes shall be at no cost to the client.
10. GUARANTEE.- The client will pay a refundable damage deposit as a guarantee few days before check-in, for the amount specified in the reservation. This deposit shall be fully returned upon 5 days check-out, deductions can be made for:
a) damage to the property or furnishings
b) dirt or other mess requiring excessive cleaning
c) any other cost incurred by Property manager due to Guest’s stay.
If the premises appear dirty or damaged upon Check-in, Guest shall inform Property manager immediately in order to remediate.
11. CANCELLATION.- For cancellations more than 60 days beforehand, 100% of the money paid shall be returned. For cancellations 60 days or less beforehand, no amount shall be returned.
12. COVID19 CANCELLATION. - We have our default 60 days full refund policy before check-in in case of cancellation, we will offer 70% refund if less then 60days before check-in in the event of covid19 restrictions ( no fly or quarantine during your booking dates ).
