This brand new urbanization set against the stunning backdrop of the Sierra Blanca mountains offers the perfect location for both golf and tennis lovers, as for those wanting to relax on the sunny beaches of Costa del Sol. The Belaire urbanization offers you a children's pool and a swimming pool with shallow end and roman stairs (depth from 1.10m-2.60m) placed in a manicured garden.

~ Beach
The beach Playa El Saladillo, is at just 500m from the apartment. The beach is wide and clean, composed by a mixture of sand and pebbles. The entrance in the sea is smooth, with no rocks. Even during the busy summer season, this beach is not very crowded. Just as you exit on the beach, you have Vila Padierna beach bar and other chiringuitos where you can enjoy typical Spanish tapas or you can rent sun loungers and umbrellas.

~ Shopping/Restaurants
You have several good restaurants in the area of Bel Air, at only 500m, like Pepe's Beach that dates back from 1978, open only during the season, where you can find good local food and lovely atmosphere. If you fancy exotic cuisine you may attend Jaipur Purple Indian Restaurant Estepona at only 450 meters from the apartment or Restaurante Pancho de Villa, a Mexican restaurant at 600 meters from the apartment. Mercadona, SuperSol and Lidl are very good supermarkets placed at walking distance to the apartment (100 m). Here they sell fresh fish, fresh baked bread, meat, vegetables, etc. Supermarkets are closed on Sundays, but then you find basic provisions in the gas station, at 600 m from the apartment. If you need to buy groceries, fresh meat, wines, vegetables, fruits or seasonal produce you find Aldi supermarket at 2.5 km from the apartment.The nearest shopping area is at 5km from the apartment, Diana Center. Here you can find small local shops, bakery, butchery, vegetable shop, pharmacy, restaurants and bars. Every Saturday morning a small market takes place with clothes, accessories, flowers and a vegetable fruit stand. In 10km you have El Corte Ingles in Puerto Banus, one of the biggest department stores in the area and in a 18km drive from Costalita, you have one of the biggest shopping mall in Costa del Sol, La Canada. Here you'll find everything you need, from food to clothing or electro-domestic stores.

~ Activities
There are lots of things for you to do and not having to go too far from Bel Air urbanization. If you are a tennis player you will be happy to know that at only 500 meters from the apartment you have Club de Tenis Bel-Air famous for coaching kids, juniors or adults. It offers tennis and paddle holidays for players from all levels and ages. Villa Padierna Country Racquet Club is at 1 km from the apartment. Here they have 8 paddle tennis courts, 2 tennis courts, grill restaurant and play area for kids. If you love golf, in 1.4 km you have 3 renowned golf courses, El Paraiso, Atalaya Golf Country Club and Guadalmina Club de Golf. Marbella city center and old town are a must see and you reach Marbella center in just 18 minutes drive. At 3.5 kilometers from the apartment you find Selwo Aventura Park that offers you unique experiences, safari in African landscapes, exhibitions with expert monitors that will teach you about charismatic and exotic species of birds, mammals and reptiles. Puerto Banus is the main attraction on Costa del Sol, known as the pole of luxury and parties. In 10 minutes drive you'll reach one of the most famous harbors on Costa del Sol. It has berths for 915 boats, including those of the King of Saudi Arabia and several of the world's wealthiest people. Its streets are lined with expensive luxury boutiques like Christian Dior, Gucci, Bvlgari, Versace, Dolce Gabbana, and others.

Booking Terms

GENERAL CONDITIONS
1. ACCEPTANCE.- Making any payment for a reservation implies acceptance of these general conditions.
2. USER.- The guest making the reservation must be of legal age and is responsible for the authenticity of the information provided. Guest agrees to abide by the Rental Rules explained and provided while at the property and shall cause all members of the rental party and anyone else Guest will abide by the following rules at all times while at the property.
3. PREPAYMENT.- Payment of a booking fee by card, paypal or bank transfer is required to guarantee the reservation. Keep in mind that any transfer fees are to be supported by guests. The reservation is subject to acceptance of payment by the banking entity.
4. RESERVATION.- The reservation is complete when the user receives the reservation confirmation and all payments are accepted. Payments have to be completed 2 months before arrival.
5. INFORMATION.- All information provided by the user is saved on a secure server, and we guarantee that this information shall be accessed exclusively by reservation staff, and only for purposes of the reservation and to communicate with the client in regards to future promotions and deals. We will also use the information provided by the guest for tax and guests declarations as required by spanish law.
6. OCCUPANTS.- The client may only lodge the maximum number of people as defined in the property characteristics and as per the hired rate.
7. CLEANING.- The property shall be made available to the client duly clean. The client commits to leave the apartment reasonably clean, without rubbish.
8. EQUIPMENT.- The client commits to leave the property in the same circumstances as they found it upon entering in terms of furniture and equipment preservation.
9. MODIFICATIONS.- We reserve the right to change the hired property for one with similar or better characteristics in the event of force majeure, such as occupation or defects suddenly occurring after the date of the reservation. These changes shall be at no cost to the client.
10. GUARANTEE.- The client will pay a refundable damage deposit as a guarantee few days before check-in, for the amount specified in the reservation. This deposit shall be fully returned upon 5 days check-out, deductions can be made for:
a) damage to the property or furnishings
b) dirt or other mess requiring excessive cleaning
c) any other cost incurred by Property manager due to Guest’s stay.
If the premises appear dirty or damaged upon Check-in, Guest shall inform Property manager immediately in order to remediate.
11. CANCELLATION.- For cancellations more than 60 days beforehand, 100% of the money paid shall be returned. For cancellations 60 days or less beforehand, no amount shall be returned.
12. COVID19 CANCELLATION. - We have our default 60 days full refund policy before check-in in case of cancellation, we will offer 70% refund if less then 60days before check-in in the event of covid19 restrictions ( no fly or quarantine during your booking dates ).
