Las Mimosas Banus is a private urbanization in Puerto Banus at just 200m from the sandy beach of Nueva Andalucia and the promenade. At just 1500m you find Plaza Antonio Banderas, a square that is worth visiting. At 1000 meters from the apartment you have the opportunity to visit a former Bull Ring. If you like Hard Rock Cafe brand you will be glad to discover one at only 1300 meters from your accommodation.
~ Beach
Playa Nueva Andalucia, with its breakwaters that have generated small beautiful coves is at just 200m from the apartment. From here you can rent sun lounges and umbrellas and enjoy the amazing weather all day long. This beautiful beach is winner of the Blue Flag award for its standards concerning cleanliness and facilities.The promenade along the beach takes you all the way to the other end of Puerto Banus, passing by the luxury marina and the expensive luxury boutiques like Christian Dior, Gucci, Bvlgari, Versace, Dolce Gabbana, and others.
~ Shopping/Restaurants
One of the advantages that this apartment offers, is the proximity to the center of Puerto Banus, therefore in 15 minutes you can walk to every restaurant you want and also do your shopping at Corte Ingles (1500m). HiperCor is a large supermarket inside the shopping center, and from here you can buy everything from fresh fish, fresh bread or vegetables. You'll find even rayons with products from all over the world. The best thing is that you can do your shopping and have it delivered to your door so you don't have to carry heavy bags. As for restaurants, we recommend you to try Mistral Beach restaurant at only 150 meters from your apartment If you fancy a relaxing beach restaurant we recommend chiringuito Los Epigones at only 400 meters from your accommodation.
~ Activities
The apartment is placed in an environment that can satisfy the most divers expectations: from golf courses, to tennis clubs, museums, clubs, bike rentals, wellness and fitness clubs. You only have to make up your mind and you will find the attraction that will make your holiday unforgettable. If you like to combine sightseeing with adventure you can take daily cruises from Puerto Banus to Marbella Marina. Being so close to the center of the most luxurious marina in Spain, it is unlikely not to find lots of nearby activities like jets ski, tours for dolphin watching with monitor, flyboard, fishing charter boats, not to mention shopping in the biggest El Corte Ingles in the area (walking distance) where you can find the most famous brands. The center of Estepona and Marbella are both at 15km away from the apartment, in opposite directions, and both are must see destinations.

GENERAL CONDITIONS
1. ACCEPTANCE.- Making any payment for a reservation implies acceptance of these general conditions.
2. USER.- The guest making the reservation must be of legal age and is responsible for the authenticity of the information provided. Guest agrees to abide by the Rental Rules explained and provided while at the property and shall cause all members of the rental party and anyone else Guest will abide by the following rules at all times while at the property.
3. PREPAYMENT.- Payment of a booking fee by card, paypal or bank transfer is required to guarantee the reservation. Keep in mind that any transfer fees are to be supported by guests. The reservation is subject to acceptance of payment by the banking entity.
4. RESERVATION.- The reservation is complete when the user receives the reservation confirmation and all payments are accepted. Payments have to be completed 2 months before arrival.
5. INFORMATION.- All information provided by the user is saved on a secure server, and we guarantee that this information shall be accessed exclusively by reservation staff, and only for purposes of the reservation and to communicate with the client in regards to future promotions and deals. We will also use the information provided by the guest for tax and guests declarations as required by spanish law.
6. OCCUPANTS.- The client may only lodge the maximum number of people as defined in the property characteristics and as per the hired rate.
7. CLEANING.- The property shall be made available to the client duly clean. The client commits to leave the apartment reasonably clean, without rubbish.
8. EQUIPMENT.- The client commits to leave the property in the same circumstances as they found it upon entering in terms of furniture and equipment preservation.
9. MODIFICATIONS.- We reserve the right to change the hired property for one with similar or better characteristics in the event of force majeure, such as occupation or defects suddenly occurring after the date of the reservation. These changes shall be at no cost to the client.
10. GUARANTEE.- The client will pay a refundable damage deposit as a guarantee few days before check-in, for the amount specified in the reservation. This deposit shall be fully returned upon 5 days check-out, deductions can be made for:
a) damage to the property or furnishings
b) dirt or other mess requiring excessive cleaning
c) any other cost incurred by Property manager due to Guest’s stay.
If the premises appear dirty or damaged upon Check-in, Guest shall inform Property manager immediately in order to remediate.
11. CANCELLATION.- For cancellations more than 60 days beforehand, 100% of the money paid shall be returned. For cancellations 60 days or less beforehand, no amount shall be returned.
12. COVID19 CANCELLATION. - We have our default 60 days full refund policy before check-in in case of cancellation, we will offer 70% refund if less then 60days before check-in in the event of covid19 restrictions ( no fly or quarantine during your booking dates ).
