Welcome to our sophisticated and cozy apartment, located in the heart of the Dreta de l'Eixample neighborhood. Known for its safe and residential atmosphere, this neighborhood is a great location for friends and family visiting Barcelona. About a two minute walk to the Girona metro stop, pharmacies, bakeries, and tapas restaurants, this apartment is conveniently located to make your stay in Barcelona great.

This apartment can accommodate up to 4 people. There are 2 bedrooms (one individual and one double), 2 bathrooms, a living room, a fully equipped kitchen and a nice balcony. The apartment size is about 80 m2.

There are two small balconies at the front side, accessible from the living room. Not really meant for sitting, but offer you great views and plenty of natural light into the living room. The fully equipped kitchen connects to the living room, showcasing the open floor plan of the main living space.

This apartment also comes with access to the private rooftop terrace, which is accessible from the staircase just outside of the apartment. Guests will have access to the entire apartment and terrace. There are chairs and a table to enjoy the amazing view of the city from the roof of the apartment! This is a great space to take in the views or host dinner.

The main master bedroom has a double bed and large wardrobe to offer plenty of space to store your things while in Barcelona. This room fits two people. The second bedroom has a single bed. The two bathrooms in the apartment are found between the bedrooms, each having a shower, toilet, and sink with plenty of counter space.

Your apartment is located very centrally in Barcelona, Eixample Esquerra, with many modernist facades and the intricate construction of these designer buildings located in every block. If you want to stay with your family, with friends or for business in Barcelona, in a central and calm/nice district, this fully equipped apartment will definitely fulfill your needs. This apartment building has an elevator to make your arrival very simple.

Please note that the neighbours should be respected and no parties are allowed.

Maximum capacity: 4 persons if you are a family with children, and otherwise 3 adults when being a group of friends.

Just a couple things to note.
1. There is no reception.
2. Check-in is after 15:00 hrs.
3. Check-out is before 11:00 hrs
4. Do not go to the apartment without calling +34 608753300 30-45 minutes before; otherwise no one will be there to open.

5. You need to send IDs of all guests before arrival. Check-in is not possible before that. Local authorities oblige us to have this.
6. Outstanding amounts have to be received before check in
7. Tourist tax 5,50€ per person per night will be required during your stay.

For your comfort, in case you have babies, a babycot can be let for free. It needs to be communicated in advance upon the booking. For the safety of your baby, there are no sheets, pillows or additional mattress in the cots, only the regulated mattress that comes with all travel cots.

To get to the apartment is relatively easy from the airport. There are a few options. The address is Girona 74, (floor and door: 5-1). 1) Take a taxi. A normal taxi with 4 seats costs about 30 euros. You can find a taxi at almost any exit of the airport. 2) Aerobus. Buy a ticket, approximately 5 euro pp. Once you have arrived at Placa de Catalunya by Aerobus (The end of the line). Go left once you are getting out of the Aerobus and walk towards (looking towards the Tibidabo mountain) Passeig de Gracia Metro, which is two blocks away from Placa de Catalunya (10 minutes by foot). Take the yellow line (L4) metro with the direction Trinitat Nova and get out at the next stop "Girona". This metro station is at the corner of the apartment. 3) By train R2N (FAST & CHEAP). Offboard at Passeig de Gracia. From there, you can walk a few minutes towards the apartment. The train is about 5 euro and walking distance about 6 minutes from station to the apartment.
