Newly refurbished monthly rental apartment.
In the apartment, there are 4 bedrooms. Three of them includes a closet, single bed and night table. The last bedroom includes 2 single beds, a double closet and 2-night tables. There are 2 bathrooms, totally complete both. Also, one kitchen totally full-equipped with fridge, microwave, coffee machine, etc. And, at the end of the apartment, a small gallery as a dining room.
The apartment is very bright and comfortable. Ideal for students!

Please note that usage of my internet is included (heavy downloads / video streaming not possible, for normal usage only).

All around the apartment you will find fun places to go to. How about a Gintonic in one of the recommended by NY Times "Morro Fi" bar. It is just around the corner. Tapasbars, a supermarket, public transportation and even a parking is all within hand-reach. All in all it is very practical independently whether you are traveling for business, with a group of friends or family. You'll be comfortable.
